We designed a bespoke program for St-Germain’s international clients and partners, conceived as a refined blend of incentive, hospitality, and full immersion in the brand’s universe.
Each year, we welcome guests from around the world to France for a two-part experience.
First, two days in Paris, capturing the city’s energy, elegance, and unmistakable art de vivre. Then, two days at La Maison St-Germain, a château fully privatized and scenographed by our teams, transformed for the occasion into a true brand statement.
Eight groups of twenty guests follow one another over nearly a month.


An ambitious, precise, and finely tuned format, where nothing is left to chance.


We orchestrate the entire logistics end to end:
international flights, train and car transfers, accommodations, restaurant bookings, welcome kits, goodie bags…
We also serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring a constant, seamless, and reassuring connection throughout the experience.
On site, our role goes far beyond operations.
Each year, we scenograph the venue in line with the latest brand guidelines, design a fully bespoke immersive program, and manage all on-site partners: private chefs, musicians, florists, artisans, and local talents.
